Comments:though being a multi, I think CC should revisit the situation. BES has kids and one of his kids, more than likely, had a CC account. BES was NOT a multi of Lion or the_lion as was the original complaint (viewtopic.php?f=239&t=71601&hilit=Black+Elk+Speaks+Multi). BES should not be banned from CC any longer. This has been a total serendipitous situation and BES should be allowed back in. Protoss and BES weren't even in any games together, and the only forum post by protoss was this:

He was busted with more accounts than just protoss. Yes, the_lion was one of these accounts. If you would like to have this looked at again, please submit an eticket.

He was cleared with the_lion like, 50 times!

And once he slipped up and the hunters were able to connect the two accounts, they were busted.
