We are not multis
we DID have a secret alliance, which seemed like a good idea after we both pulled all nighters studying for exams (but clear across the country from one another)

I don't know Tarman in rl, met him through another online game and found out we both played conquerclub.

Its still very late and I am still very tired, but I just read the rules for the first time, and we are sorry. I don't really care about points, so I am not sorry for those, but just for general assholry that is associated with unfair advantage.

It is still late, and I am still tired, but I will try to send the moderator some sort of explanation and plea.

Yeah, we did have an alliance, though, to be fair, you were generally in the areas I wanted to attack. I never really needed to fight him. Like he said, points don't really matter, I just enjoy the game. I'm sorry my cheating has ruined your game, and to be honest, it ruined my game as well. When there's no challenge, why play? If I get another chance to play, I'd love to give you a chance to play me in a fair game and see how that would turn out.

But yeah, we're not multis, just friends from another game.

meh, I couldn't be sure which people to give it to; so I'll just post this for any judge who reads the case against me::

FIRST OFF- I will save anyone the trouble of evidence gathering. We cheated in 2 games
4008459 against kingraiderdave
and
4008463 against fuzzylogic99

In the case fuzzylogic99, the game is still active and I am willing to let him win and gain extra points
In the case of kingraiderdave, I don't think he actually suspected it but would be happy to repay his points.

SECOND OFF-
Here is a list of what I believe are mitigating factors
1) My history::: I have been playing for over a year, have never been accused of cheating or abuse before and this was a onetime bad decision
2) We were doing it for the novelty, not the points:: This wasn't a well planned cheat system, because we weren't doing it to gain ranks. We only did it twice, and because we were bored and I suggested it
3)We were tired:: All sorts of crappy decisions are made when tired
4) I live in Alaska:: I have to put up with Sarah Palin as my governor. Have mercy on me

SO let me formally apologize, promise to never do it again, give back the points, and PLEASE let us escape with a warning this time.

Oh yeah, and I will never play against Tarman2010 again. Promise.

I'm not going to argue any punishment, but could you just further clarify this? Is this a permanent thing, or is it just temporary pending further action?

The only way to have the block removed is to submit an eticket.

It is a permanent thing unless you fill out an eticket. Normally you wold have recieved an email explaining what you need to do to get this verdict reversed.
