Seriously. This guy should have his premium stripped.

- Suzy
- stephane_
- reki

Has been busted as multis. And with two of these multi accounts DomQuebec has been noted for a rule # 2 violation.

A quick search also shows that DomQuebec has quite a few games with these accounts.

DomQuebec / Suzy
100 games total together, whereof 29 being non-team games

DomQuebec / stephane_
22 games total, whereof 13 being non-team games

DomQuebec / reki
8 games together, whereof 5 being non-team games

There are quite a few fishy games in there. And I cannot draw any other conclusion that DomQuebec must have been very well aware of the fact that he was teaming up with a multi. Talking French and shit, both being from Quebec and all.

So - all in all, playing with a person's multi accounts and entering into secret diplomacy on a regular basis with the holder of the multi accounts... shouldn't that warrant a ban? It appears, at least to me, as bad as having multi accounts on his own.

Seriously, this act should not stand. Those who harbor multis should be smoked out and dealt with.

No.

DomQuebec has been cleared of multiple accounts.

DomQuebec is not a multi and remains an active account.

He's not a multi. And, although people Speculate he has been conducting secret diplomacy, your only evidence is "They play a lot, and sometimes *gasp* IT'S NOT ON THE SAME TEAM".
Crazy what happens when you have friends on this site, and you want to play with and against them a lot.

Nope. And nor did I say that DomQuebec was a multi. He has been noted for rule # 2 violations though (which hardly is a speculation).

Problem is, one of his "friends" (as you call it) is a multi (three accounts busted) and it seems pretty obvious that he must have been aware of that. So if you take the time to actually read my post, what I'm saying is that DomQuebec is playing in games with a person's multis (that is three different accounts) and seemingly (which is, if you look at the games, rather obvious) have conducted secret diplomacy in some of the games with that person/accounts. That's not cool.

So you and your friend lardass wanna make me banned? heh?

Are you jealous of my skills or what? You know I can kick your ass?

I know, Suzy, Stéphane and Reki. They are all in the same family. Daughter, father and brother.

I don't know what happened, they have probably play on the same computer?

Anyway, I didn't team with a multi, since they are three different persons.

the fact that you know them, and play with them in team games, might suggest that when you do not play teamgames you might be biased towards not first eliminating your 'friends' Even an unspoken defacto alliance is a violation of CC rules.
Just an FYI, I have no opinion either way, at this time.

Not really. If that were true, Sir, than no one would be allowed, by the rules, to play with their friends when they're not on a team? And what would be the point of that?

He is not saying that it is a guarantee that you will always do so. He is just saying that there might be the inclination to or even that there is the perception. People are encouraged (not required) to state whether they know someone outside of CC before the game starts. Also, playing private games, where people are invited to play would suggest that you, or someone knows most or all of the players involved in the game.

He should be stripped of premium just because hes an all around douche and brings nothing good to this site. On the third anniversary I had a list of over a dozen people who couldn't play in a BR because of him. And thats just one occurance.

Then again, you can't just go stripping people of their premium. They paid for the site and you can't just take that away short of actual abuse of the game. If someone doesn't like him then foe him, but what you're suggesting is like taking the law into your own hands in real life. It's against the law to do that. Just a comparison.

Max also cheated and lost his premium several times first......there is a lot more history than you're alluding to.

he lost his premium only once as far as i know actually. and the only cheating accusation that was proven was the account sitting abuse i believe. what e_i_pi had worked out sounded interesting, yet never was looked into due to the fact that max was already banned then. so all in all i would say yes, max was banned more than anything else for being a nuisance. with his history of live chat bans alone, thats not that much of a surprise.

They do not appear to be multis just people with not enough friends to play with.

Banning DomQuebec just because he played numerous games with those accounts that got busted would not be right. For all we know, those accounts that got busted may have actually began as legitimate accounts at first. Maybe in some point, one or all of them just shared their accounts with one another or two got bored and gave access to one which got them busted as being a multi. Assuming that he knew all about this is pretty much just holding on to that assumption and not enough to cause a ban or stripping his premium. We would need more than that.
