Accused:

Jeff Hardy

The accused are suspected of:

Being Multis
Conducting Secret Diplomacy
Severe PM Abuse
Other: We were in the Battle Royale. Jeff Hardy was on the account of ZeakCytho. He announced it in the game log. He was playing very well and got into a dispute with me during the game after about 3 hours of playing. He points out in the game chat that he doesn't care about this game because it isn't his account and proceeds to take all of his armies and attack me every turn for about 5-6 rounds in a row until I am dead and he is left with nothing. The whole time blaming me for attacking one of his 2 of his 10 stacks while he still had 50 or so armies left. I was making a move to get a bonus and he got upset and suicided both of us in a very long game ONLY because it was not his account he was playing on.

Game number(s):

Game 3957200

i actually tried very hard to win the game but i got suicided by you

you even stated in game chat that you were doing it because you were proving a point and because i had attacked you rather than doing what was best for yourself

i played no differently than i would have done on my real account i only told you in game chat that you suiciding me doesnt actually hurt me because its not my points

He's not a multi you fucking mook, it's called babysitting and it's perfectly legal!

As far as the game play is concerned, you suicided Jeff for attacking you, what did you expect to have happen after this?

After reading the game chat, I have to retract my statement. Honestly, I fully understand people who suicide after they themselves have been suicide into a position where they can't win.

This raises the who debate of account sitters in speed games. Normally, I'm okay with a little retaliation for a dumb move, but when it isn't your account, I don't think it's okay for you to suicide someone in a speed game. Jeff specifically said he didn't care about the points in game chat, so why should he be playing the game in the first place? Seems to me that when someone has to leave a speed game they should deadbeat, and not have someone else take over, only to have them throw their armies around and screw the game up for other people. The problem I had was that Jeff was playing on someone else's account, and he had nothing to lose, so he didn't try to win and suicided another player, which screwed up the game for Chuck. This forum is for cheating and abuse. This is not cheating, but it is definitely abuse of the game.

Wrong, did you even look at the game in question?

-First off Jeff did care, he wanted to win

2009-01-02 13:07:33 - ZeakCytho: i want to win this
2009-01-02 13:07:50 - ZeakCytho: itd be awesome if i won a battle royale but not on my real account

-Even though he was suicided at this point he was still in the game, and did not want to screw his friend over, further proof that he cared about winning the game!

2009-01-02 14:14:02 - ZeakCytho: screw you
2009-01-02 14:14:09 - ZeakCytho: if this was my account id suicide you
2009-01-02 14:14:14 - ZeakCytho: your lucky its not

-Chuuuuuuuk threatens Jeff with suicide

2009-01-02 14:41:36 - Chuuuuck: zeak, give it a break or im starting to take out your stacks next round

-Jeff made this statement AFTER Chuuuuuck suicided Jeff. JEFF WAS THE ONE THAT WAS SUICIDED NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND! This is why Jeff says "why suicide"!

2009-01-02 14:48:32 - ZeakCytho: its not my points so i dont care but i assume you do so why suicide? lol

-Jeff now suicides Chuuuuck because Chuuuuuuuuuck took them both out of the game

2009-01-02 15:07:08 - ZeakCytho: i have 0 chance of winning this now because you suicided me all you had

There are no babysitters in speed games. But other than that, I don't see the problem.

Take a good look at the game again, I think you can figure that out for yourself
I'll include this link in case you can't find it again :D

how many "good" players have been busted? Im not taking sides on this argument but to say a player is innocent because he is a good player is rediculous. good players have been busted time after time and theres always 1 person that said he dint cheat because hes good.

So the issue here is that Jeff Hardy suicided in this game because he was just babysitting an account and didn't care about the outcome. The argument is that it is actually Chuuuuck who suicided to the other account and not Jeff. A difference in game styles. You both assaulted each other until you both got too weak, neither one backing down. It just went to that path. Still this is noted for Jeff as there is a higher probability that you may have not cared as much if you were actually handling your own account. This can't be helped. I would like to also emphasize that this does not mean when an account sitter loses a game, it automatically means they lost it because they did not care about the outcome or of the account. For this case, both arguments are considered and noted.
