JOECOOL360 IS NOT A MULTI [Closed]

The accused are suspected of:
Being the brunt of a big Multi misunderstanding.
This is joe cool 360.
I was forced to create a multi, ironically, because I was accused of being a multi and immediately banned. I was accused of creating my brother’s account: El Presidante.
The reason I suspect I was accused of possessing this account is because I began playing on the same computer that my brother created his account on.
I was then told that since I am a freemium, the only way to lift the ban is to buy premium, something I am unable to do.
First off, my brother created his account, El Presidante, back in October while I was at college. I had told him about this website and encouraged him to create an account and he did, but he ended up never using it because he had no time. When I came home from college, I began using the family computer (the same computer my brother created his account on – I created my account on my laptop).
Second, none of the reasons typical of multis are seen
1. created to swarm games with multiple players who are all controlled by the same user in order to gain an advantage
2. created to allow a single freemium user to get past the 4 game limit
(Both are impossible because El Presidante never joined, created, or played a single game. The account has been logged on a total of 3, maybe 4 times: Once when my brother created it, once again when I logged on to show him around the site (December 20), and once again by me to check if it was banned as well (today))
Third, I was banned without any warning. I was not told there was an investigation into my own and my brother’s account. I was not given a warning that I was going to be banned. I was not given a chance to defend myself (forcing me to resort to creating a multi). I was not allowed to know my accuser.
Therefore, I want my account restored to full freemium membership without having to pay a single dime, although my brother’s account (El Presidante) can remain banned or you can delete it because he will not be playing anyways. And I want to inspire some kind of reform.
I hope this will all go over smoothly and will change two things about this site:
1) Accounts that are being considered for a ban should receive ample notification and a chance to defend themselves
2) These so-called “investigations” into multis should be more thorough, even a cursory glance at my account and my brother’s would reveal that they were not created with subversive deeds in mind.
I think this was just a big misunderstanding and now that I have been allowed to explain myself, I have a feeling that it will be rectified in a timely and fair manner.
