It appears this player creates games and the creates players to play in it, then the created players all deadbeat

Nope, he just makes games that no one else wants to play.
Only new players join them, because they don't know any better. And then most of them never come back to CC anyway, so Klobber just picks up all the leftover points.

All these new players sign up the same day,within the same hour and choose a fog game. Then they all deadbeat.

They all sign up on the same day; then click the game at the top of the list (which is KLOBBER's). This game then fills up; and the next day the next batch of New Recruits join and click the game at the top of the list...

*sigh*

I guess it would be easy for KLOBBER to make new accounts without anyone noticing, though...

he makes games others want to play. but he has all the good players on his ban list -- so they (we) cant join his games.

That's a case of getting framed. Some would say they are too obvious to be multis, but seeing as he won the game, it does ring some bells. Normally if you're going to frame somebody you actually make them lose points! I do believe, however, that CC would be better off without KLOBBER.

We have been watching KLOBBER for some time. With the new Farming rules coming into play, we will see what happens.

Hey Twill (or any other admin/mod)

I think the biggest problem here is KLOBBER has foes anybody that has appeared on the 1st page of the scoreboard (or maybe even further) so that none of us can actually play him, leaving him only to play against lower ranks than himself.
