This players have many pages of unjustified ratings. I strongly suggest he's revoked the right to use the ratings system at all and the ratings he has left be removed.
This started over one player, but I see there are plenty out there, if mods don't see it fit to remove the ratings left by these players and/or revoke their right to use the ratings system, then this post may at least be used as a blacklist of people to avoid if you don't want to receive unjustified low ratings (unless you let them win, and then they'll give you 5 stars as payment for your points, lol.)
