I assumed he was a cadet,etc. playing as a new recruit (lil difference) - and was only a private, but won 39%
Also, he left/deadbeated* just about the time I mentioned/asked:

Since the game just started, no big probs, but I understood CC wanted us to have and use only 1 ID.
