Checking the past few games with these two they have not attacked each other until the end of the game when it was necessary. During game 3199348 a Captain rank player Giroux eliminated subtleknifewield's target for a 187 point game to subtleknifewield. I feel that Giroux having found dakky21 eliminated him for subtleknifewield in order to help advance his rank.

Giroux and subtleknifewield are cleared of being multis.

That game 3199348 is rather suspect. However, I would need more than this game to warrant a block between them as I am unable to find another game where these two may have some "secret diplomacy" going on. For now this is noted of these two.
