Comments: So far in this game, luvlee_blonde has left their border completely unguarded where flyingdodo is able to break in. Luvlee_blonde is not stupid because she has had plenty troops guarding the front facing me. flyingdodo has his own continent but has no real need to break into luvlee_blonde. So it looks like a simple case of unannounced secret diplomacy.

Checking the game right now, it looks like teal is protecting his borders. Green or teal may have overlooked any alleged open borders at the time.
