thats in the first turn, ofcourse this means nothing, but they at least attacked each other.(more then once)
Both are in different countries (Netherlands, USA), they only share one game. One has a gold account.
Blue may not be attacking right now, cause that would be suicide, and unless he was sure to succeed, many would not have moved from the spot to take a small bonus (unlike the real skilled players ofcourse)

I highly doubt these two players are partners.
