This is not true. The country is listed automatically, it is based off of your ISP. Also, I believe you meant to link to One Retarded Guy not One Retarted Guy.

One Retarded Guy is busted with sh4dows and sh4dows is turned into a freemium. The other mentioned accounts here are cleared of being multis with each other.
