here is another game these two players played in.... Game 3560238

Here The Game Log, A part from Game LoG

2008-10-29 22:47:38 - Incrementing game to round 2
2008-10-29 22:47:40 - moritzlr1 receives 3 troops for 11 regions
2008-10-29 22:47:42 - jmoritz92 receives 3 troops for 10 regions
2008-10-29 22:47:49 - jmoritz92 deployed 3 troops on Acores Centro
2008-10-29 22:47:54 - moritzlr1 deployed 3 troops on Algarve Este
2008-10-29 22:47:57 - moritzlr1 assaulted Faro from Algarve Este and conquered it from enrage
2008-10-29 22:48:02 - jmoritz92 assaulted Acores Oriental from Acores Centro and conquered it from enrage
2008-10-29 22:48:24 - jmoritz92 assaulted Madeira from Acores Oriental and conquered it from enrage
2008-10-29 22:48:42 - moritzlr1 reinforced Castelo Branco with 1 troops from Viseu

moritzlr1 s taking turn in 22:47:40, then jmoritz92 s taking turn in 22:47:42, which is 2 seconds later...So i wud like to ask if 2 players are multis, then these one of those wud take turn, finish then other wud starrted...And how do you see that the 2 seconds of difference...Is it possible or logical a player to logout then login with another account just in 2 seonds..And not for once but many times which can be seen from the given game log exmple...

I dont think they are multis but strongly believe these two guys have contact with each....So accuse might not be about multis but might be about secret diplomacy maybe....

You do not have to log out. When I sit on someone's account, I just have it open in a new window, or even in a new tab. Once my team mate asked me to sit on his account in a doubs freestyle game where the other team was stalling to take their turn and he had to leave. I had no problem beginning turn in both my account and his to keep both our bonuses, neither being well defended.

jmoritz92 and moritzlr1 are cleared of being multis with each other. This is noted for a possible secret diplomacy case.
