Please review the game in question. It is a terminator no cards that was in build up, but since has started moving. Some diplomacy has gone on in game chat. However, I received the following PM from the accused:

I believe that this is against the rule of secret diplomacy. I would like to make it clear that I have not engaged in this, and I have not even answered the PM. I am unsure if there is a difference between actual secret diplomacy or attempted secret diplomacy, but I would like to make the mods aware.

He has not been reported before but we'll note this as future reference for his action in this game. It shows that he has the potential to create a secret diplomacy in his games.
