The accused are suspected of:
Being Multis
Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Comments:
Evidence:
1. The players have several games together.
2. In our game, the players have taken 6 turns within less than 60 (perhaps 30) seconds of one another, with 2 other turns being within 2 to 3 minutes of one another.
3. Players have missed the same two turns.
4. In 10 rounds, the players have attacked eachother only three times. The first such attack was to allow player RISKy Buissnes to begin taking over Oceana. In the second attack, player own1ng attacked player RISKy Buissnes, taking one territory; less than 3.5 minutes later, player RISKyBuissnes attacked player own1ng, taking exactly one territory. The obvious implication is that the operator/operators of these two accounts wanted to give eachother a card.
5. Both have the same horrible typing/grammar skills.
Please stop the game or kick one of the players from it, or whatever other relief you kinds folks might deem to be necessary or appropriate!
