Unwritten Rules

Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts.

If this guy intentionally deadbeats repeatedly, then he's breaking the rules. I don't know if he does that, but that's for someone else to find out.

Believe me, you're better off not playing congobill. He has a history of throwing hysterical fits and suiciding into you when the game doesn't go his way.

Winterfell has been warned for his general behavior in his games. Let us hope that he would tone down after this. Put him in your foes if you want.
