I gave her/him another chance and it didn't kill me.
I'm not premium and there for I'm locked into this game and can't start a forth.

You can deadbeat. Anyone can understand the reasoning behind deadbeating in this type of situation.

I dont think deadbeat is the appropriate turn. Being an asshole is a better summation.
