I played against Xavigol and fabiangzz in a public doubles game on the classic map, Game 3368033.

Many of there moves are made in synch, sometimes simmultaneously. Could they be twins or psychic? Usually in such cases there is simpler explanation. I see no way their moves could
coincide so often unless they were in contacting with each other in some other way. I'm even begining to wonder if they are in the same room.

These are team games. You cannot be "secretly allied" with your teammate in a team game. That aside, this is a common team strategy, to move at the same time and to move strategically and as one. If you can provide evidence from their singles games (there are 3 1v1v1 games and 1 1v1 game) that they are in a secret alliance, then your accusation might be considered.

...it is acceptable to play "side by side" in a team game whether in the same room or by PMs.

(In which case the matter can be closed at your discretion)

If they are on the same team, yes they can. This is also why team chat is hidden from the opposing team. Teams here will play and have live chat open at the same time, or be in MSN/AIM/Skype talking to one another, or can even be in the same room. As per your request, I will mark this [Settled].
