Comments: Can't stand losing in a freestyle so he has to run the time out so he can move at the same time as me, I really hate this rule and think it should be gotten rid of
I know this little puss isn't breaking any rules but this cheap tactic should not be allowed

I still won the game but this kind of cheap stuff pisses me off

It's a speed game he has 5 minutes to take his turn whether you think his tactics are 'fair' or not is you opinion. Also flaming him does not get your point across to anyone, it makes people take you less seriously. If you have a problem with him, discuss it with him. But as you stated you know he is not breaking any rules, so why would you post in the cheating forum? I think you got too heated in midst of the game, because I know you're a nice guy.

I mean i dont really care, i won the game still, but i just don't think this site should allow people to do that intentionally, once maybe, but 3 times in a row is not an incidental thing

Yeah it isn't an accident, people do that as a strategy. To gain tactical advantage, if you will. That is their style of playing and some people don't agree with it. But right now there is nothing we can do about it, so for the time I'd say just add him to your ignore list and you'll never have to worry about him again.
