Iam also highly suspicious that these two are either a multiple account of have a long-standing secret alliance/diplomacy. When tim8388 asked my opinion in the current game that we are playing with the two, I took it as a paranoid private, wondering why he were losing. However, moves made by both players made it clear that something more was going on. There were several instance of unfortified borders and clear instances of attacks that should be made that were not. Most times I'm inclined to chalk this up to poor play or strategy and not cheating, but please consider in the light of this evidence:

1. I ran a "Game Finder" check to see how many times they've played together. Interesting stuff. They appeared in 128 games together.
2. Also, every time they've joined one after the other.
3. Chadcable has played in only 137 games. He's also got an unusually high win percentage, at about 50%.
4. Attilathehad has played in slightly more games but still he has only played 220.
5. Both have the same attendance rate as well, which although is not indicative of anything on its own, when taken altogether seems suspect.

I'll have to give it to these guys (or guy), he is smart. They play enough smaller games, in which attilathehad wins on occasion, just to make it less obvious. The kicker for me is that in major games, all of which chadcable has won, is the order of elimination: attilathehad is eliminated last most of the time.

Hopefully, this matter will warrant further investigation now that it is in the proper form.

I do not believe that chadcable and attilathehan are the same person. Probably real life friends or relatives. No crime there if two people can't play without the other or prefers to play together whenever possible. If there will be more reports that could show strong evidence of these two having some sort of secret alliance, we shall look into this further.

Your correct, the stronger argument is that they are working together in a long standing secret alliance. The consistency of their moves is indicative that they are working as a team without announcing it in the game log. In several instances attilathehan acts as the buffer for chadcable and protects him by sacrificing himself on others. I have no problem with friends/family/relatives playing together, or even working together, but it must be announced in the game log.

I think this is a very important precedent CC is about to adopt.

No way this list is exhaustive. I can add more games, but I believe this is MORE than enough evidence. I just got bored going through the list of all the games they played cause everyone was the same. In EVERY game that either chadcable or attilathehan has won, they have eliminated the other LAST. This is consistent in any type of game played. Finally, there is nothing in any game chat to suggest an alliance to inform any of the other game participants.

If more evidence is needed, please reply, but this behavior should not be tolerated.
