From PimpDave's posts in the "obligatory 9/11 Thread", the posts are very reminiscent of Reminisco's previous posts on the subject matter. This has also been rumored in private discussions.
Why is this important? Because the rules regarding secondary accounts should be clarifed. The inviolate rule appears to be no multiple accounts. If one is caught with multiple accounts and is a premium, their premium is stripped. They then have an option to re-purchase premium (rinse -repeat as necessary). But this situation is a Account holder who, to my knowledge, was never premium, and has set up a new account and purchased premium under a new name. It is my understanding that the concept was to keep the name linked to the account at all times so tigers cannot change their stripes so to speak.
Speaking of which, the other rumor of course is that Black Elk Speaks is The_Lion.
A clarification would be appreciated and the Rules section should perhaps be re-written to confirm. It appears that if I come on here, act like an ass (more than I might be considered), and then walk away from the forum-storm so created and return under a new identity, then this is allowed under the present written and unwritten rules. Is it relevant to the analysis whether someone has been banned?
