Comments: From my understanding there is not much that can be done about players like this from the Mods, but if players can abuse the ratings systems like this then why bother having a ratings system in the first place. Please do something to control this abuse.

My game is not complete yet with this player, but I am sure to be added to his list of bogus ratings remarks.

there is no such thing as ratings abuse
anyway, the ratings this guy leaves arent that bad
some people leave all 1s

It might help them if you use the form. They don't use the [player][/]player] (without the extra ] after the /) and [game][/game] tags for no reason.

The ratings he has given in the past may be questionable. But in his recent games, he appears to be 'adjusting' and giving better ratings compared to his previous ones.
In no way is anyone obligated to give 5 stars all the time if he enjoyed the game or not. If a player is very careful in handing out the best ratings, that is his prerogative. If he gives out a bad rating for you, try to settle it between yourselves. If he does not give you a bad rating, good for you.
