The two have spent the ENTIRE game not attacking each other. They have also been making erratic moves that in no way benefit themselves, and noneck mcgirk hasn't been properly ending his turns so to receive cards.

Frankasau and noneck mcgirk are cleared of being multis with each other. Since this is their first game played together so far, if we receive more reports from other games that concerns the same players, then we shall look into this matter further.
