General Franco has never lost a war when playing with/against Neapolitano and has also used the account to help with in 3+ way games, and both are from the Russian Federation. Seems a bit suspicious to me.

This seems more like a case of Neapolitano not being a good enough player at that time to beat General Franco than multis.
And they play trips+quads now(u said Franco won all games with/against Nea)....

So u are saying that Franco's "multi" will kill the main account?
That goes against what ur saying about him using the Multi to win games for himself.
If that were the case, then he would surely have used his "multi" for hitting down his target so that he could get the clean kill later on.

basically you only posted the few games you thought would back up your accusation and just threw all other games out, there is plenty of evidence from other games they have played in together to prove that it is not a multi account, much more evidence than you have given to prove that it is multi accounts. that my freind is what shrinky is telling you

Heh, these noobs will looks for anyway to win since skill is beyond them...I have played with and against Franko for a year or more and have never personally seen him do anything out of the ordinary other then beat me time and time again...Natelya is Franko's regular teammate much like kronic69 and littlebrother2k7 have been mine...When one has friends or family who are involved in a game one tends to try to play in games with players they are comfortable with, i see little wrong with that...Many players prefer to play with players from thier own nation as a matter of national pride, I see little worng with that...Much with what I do in reallife I encourage the powers that be to investigate me so that others can clearly see I don't need to bend a rule to succed...Franko is and has been one of the better team players on this site and to attempt to dull his image with smut like this is rather disgusting...Next will be accusations against Blitz or JR because noobs lack the skill to defeat such players on even terms...Accuse as you see fit, it is your right, but don't accuse simply because it is your only chance of victory in a game...pitifull

why would someone have two high-ranking multiple accounts?

If one cann't play a simple game, decently, to win then one should play to have fun...If one cann't play a simple game decently or to have fun then one shouldn't play...

General Franco and Neapolitano looks more like family members. They are cleared of being multis but still this is noted.
