Possible Multis Mustad007[Busted +2] and C-_-P [Cleared]

The accused are suspected of:
Being Multis/ Secret Alliance
Game number(s):

Maybe not multi's but definitely a secret alliance. They both get very large bonuses, and neither attack the other. C-_-P left 1 man on hawaii for 3 straight rounds, and was receiving the Oceania bonus. Mustad 007 was on mexico (with 4 guys) and would not attack hawaii, even though it would take away bonuses. and vise versa, C-_-P would not attack mexico and break Mustad's bonus. They are always logged in around the same time, check their "last visited" time and I guarantee they are similar. Just looks very out of the ordinary.
