You didn't fill out the form, it should look like I have it above, with only what they are being accused of.

AND

You must have more than one game to bust someone, there's hardly any proof anymore, and people are accusing random people, or someone that they loose too just because they lost, there needs to be some kind of punishment for reports of persons that are clearly not multis.

EDIT: After reading the game log (I usually don't read them unless the form is correct) what black and Jeff did IS NOT multiple accounts or Secret Diplomacy, however it is Account Sitting Abuse.

also im from austria and hes from america

theres no way these two are multis....
i play games and talk on chat with them all the time....
black just had to go so he didnt want to leave jeff hanging in a speed game so Jeff played for both....
and plus one is from Austria and the other is from the US

it was a freestyle speed game so if anything i had a disadvantage playing both
it certainly wasnt abusing anything

no because he was doing other stuff too

freestyle speed games require attention all the time and if hes getting ready to go on holiday while playing we could lose

On topic - judging by the gamelog (time between actions) it was indeed just one person throughout the whole game playing for both accounts. The claim that blackraptor58 was next to Jeff Hardy can't be verified (and doesn't really matter at all), so right now it's looking like babysitting abuse/account hijacking.

and, like frop said, Judging by the gamelog, it was one person, after about the third or fourth round, I was assuming that black started the game, and then let Jeff Hardy finish it (which would mean hijacking is out),

it was babysitting but certainly not abuse
like i said before... you have a disadvantage playing for both in a freestyle speed game
and when he comes back you can ask him... i didnt start the game i only played for him which is allowed
he started/joined it then realized he couldnt be there the full time so i played
this is allowed and its not the first time ive done it
for example two days ago i was in two freestyle speed games so i let prankcall play one for me

i never claimed it wasnt one person
but it is not against the rules to play for a teammate, only for an opponent because you might throw the game to yourself... does that make sence?

blackraptor58 is my friend in real life and i no Jeff Hardy isnt his multi

no, the rule states that you can't play for someone that is competing against you, teammates aren't competing against you, so it's ok

but, if blackraptor58 was able to take his turns, then it is account sitting abuse (as the chat shows black talking on his account)

could you show me that rule? no, of course not. because its not written out anywhere. now from personal experience and a lot of discussion i know a few things:
a) they were at a point working on writing out exact babysitting rules. the rules where supposed to be changed to "you may not babysit an account that is in the same game as you". that includes teamgames. they then decided not to implement that before there would be a real babysitting system implemented into the site as far as i know.
b) commonly it is not a problem if you babysit your mates account in games where either 1. you arent playing or 2. sequential teamgames. in freesstyle, you get the advantage of being able to same-time by babysitting, and therefore it is usually considered abuse.
c) if the player you are sitting for is loged in at the same time and posts in chat... come on. i dont need to say more. if he has other things to do, then he shouldnt start a speedgame. i know, things come up, but then you wont be able to watch the game and post in gamechat. if he was at his computer doing other things and could only give the game 50% of his attention, then tough shit, he only will be playing 50%, it does not warrant you to play his turns.

you dont get shit in freestyle speed games because everyone is playing at the same time anyway

blackraptor58 and Jeff Hardy are cleared of being multis with each other. There is no secret diplomacy issue between them in this team game 3147827.

As for an account sitting abuse, if we receive more reports that one of them suddenly account sits the other in more freestyle games, or if we see more data that these two have been taking turns for each other more frequently (mysteriously), especially in more freestyle games, we can no longer consider this as just a simple account sitting, but more of gaining a tactical advantage, which is no longer the essence of having someone to take your turn.
