Comments: A post made in FW made me think. This thread about simtom. Read the final post (made by thomas705). I looked at their profiles, and while they show different flags (IPs), they seem to both use similar tactics to lose points. This may just be someone trying to emulate simtom, or just a "joke" by thomas705, but I figure it's at least worth a look. Especially, now that players have been banned outright for intentionally dumping points.

lol I just noticed that myself ....

he says ... "why are you talking about me?"

and there isn't a mention of that screen name in the whole thread (that I noticed maybe i missed it?)

so i think he just gave himself away !

we could be wrong though

It was a quick bust though. Are we (i.e. the mods) sure that it is correct?

As the first post in that thread stated:

I think we should recognize Simtom [...] He has been a member since January 23rd 2007, and also has played 444 games in 63 days. He averages about 7 games a day, and has hardly won any games at all. His total score is 82, and ranked private. He is the last player listed in the scoreboard, at page 61. If he catches a hot streak, he may be able to jump past thomas705.

It is pretty apparent that both of these players (if they were indeed 2 separate players), have been doing their best to lose as many points as possible for a long time now. Whether they were banned for being multis, or banned for being dinks is no concern of mine. Good riddance to the both of them.
