Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Other: Green player(phaedon32) states in the chat he will be taking red's(jediofwar) turn for him. in that turn he moves red's men away from their common border.

The moves green makes for himself after moving red from his border is to move his green men away from that border leaving only 3 men to guard his bonus there while he has 20 on each of the other 2 borders facing the rest of us.

At no point was a truce declared. I think if you look at the gamelog and chat the situation is clear enough.

You can, with the stipulation that the account babysitter is not your opponent in any current game and does not start or join new games (except for ongoing tournaments). It is common courtesy to announce in game chat that another player will take your turn(s) during your absence. Furthermore, you should only take another player's turn if they are in danger of missing a turn, not for the purpose of gaining a tactical advantage.
