Although a glance at past games shows some curious connections between this guy, amitsor, amitsor12, and navenave... Maybe someone who cares more than I do could look at it?

He does seem to have picked a peculiar game-type for his first games. I don't know many new recruits who flock to freestyle 1v1's and three-player games right off the bat. However, you can't just say "I'm losing to a new recruit. He must be a multi!".

Well, they are all from Israel and relatively new.
However, in games with each other they seem to only be playing each other. And someone different wins every time. They don't seem to be joining 2vs1 and beating up on the person they don't know. So it doesn't look too shady and I doubt a block is necessary at this point.
Probably just friends all playing, but who knows?

maybe they're quite good because they've played a similar boardgame before?

I've played a lot of new recruits who were probably multis, but you can't discount the fact that some couldve simply played risk before and got lucky
for example, SkyT in that game took nothing on turn 1 and the new recruit took two neutral armies, and SkyT got bad luck on round 2 as well when unable to break europe

Yeah... unless eyalb means something cool in a language I don't know, I have to think eyalb and eyalb44 are the same.

in two of them eyalb didnt attack once... well technically he could have attacked and lost, but not killing once in two games is fairly unlikely... im assuming the other 2 they played are similar
