I personally think its just red abusing a noob since he cant read the log and believes what he hears.

Its cheating either way you look at it and poor sportsmanship. Noob or not there is a log that shows the alliance and cheating the teamed up and thats against the rules

it is allowed fair or not you can leave fair ratings.
