This is the only game they have played together, but the facts that they hava attacked each other only once yn almost 4 rounds, they play almost at the same time and that are from the same country makes me strongly think that these guys are mutlis or that they have a secret alliance

I agree, you look at their moves and their positions and it looks suspiciously convenient. If not multis, these users definitely have a secret alliance.

They have already been busted. They are allowed to finish any of their active games.

And what goes on with the ranking points? Will they receive any points even though they are cheaters?

Simply, yes. If you would like the system to be changed, there are a number of threads in the Suggestions & Bug Reports forum discussing how to deal with users who have been busted.
