Checking the game 3002234, he is actually referring to rfgulati and trkmas3122.

frgulati does not exist.

I've checked their games played together, and they have played 3 games together so far. They maybe people who know each other or just happen to be in 3 games together. If you can provide more games where they made suspicious moves to benefit one of them, then we can look into this case further for a possible block.

Anyway, looking into these accounts, rfgulati is busted with bobgoulet69.
trkmas3122 is cleared of being a multi.
