I think that they have been banned. Wump had a similar complaint in one of his posts.

Yes, I spotted all those multis early this morning, foed them, and dropped all my games that they had entered.

I could have also reported them, but Fuzzy Pengui recently used his special brain to demonstrate to me that reporting multis on this site is not in my best interest. Nice work, Fuzzy!
