It does not. But at least he would not have to put up with that member anymore in his future games. You can place a comment at the rating you feel was unfairly given. People can check the game if the rating was just or not.
After further checking, The Master of Me is busted with gazza the game.

You orginally reported the guy for ratings abuse, but since putting him on your foe list does the job, king achilles does not have to deal with that and instead, checks if he is a multi...
he has been busted and that means that he may continue the any of his active games, but will not be able to creat and join anymore games..
