Comments: I’ve played enough games to know something is not right. From the beginning of the game dominick focused everything he had on me, if you look at the log it doesnt make much strategic sense, the way those two are playing is very common in team games, either a multi or there is an alliance.

First off I would like to say that: no, we were not in a "secret alliance" seeming as that is breaking one of only two rules on this site. Secondly, I am sorry that you felt this way but the way i play the game is that if someone gets a "continent" then you take it away from them as soon as possible. Obviously this is the way that "X" plays the game too, so we grouped up against you for that turn to take away your continent. However, the next turn I took away about 6 of his territories; therefore, there was no "secret alliance" all that was said was stated in the Game Chat Section.

We didn't secretly group against you. Dominick & I never met/played each other before, never exchanged PMs etc. The moderators, if they actually care enough, can confirm this.

If you look through the sequence of the game, it's obvious what happened. You invaded me, so I invaded you and encouraged Dominick to do the same.

It's also your fault for wording your treaty so poorly. "South Ghondor" and "South Mordor" said nothing about North Gondor and North Mordor.

I would say that they didn't have a secret alliance as they were definently attacking each other. Good to get this checked up though

Griff waited for me to put my armies down , and as soon as I did, popped in behind me and took them out. It was around Trollshaws/Rivendell.

When that happened, I told Dominick I'd help him take out Ithilien.

You agreed to Dominick's southern border treaty AFTER I told him I'd take out Ithilien with him and he PUBLICLY agreed to both.

Personally, i thought it was stupid of Dominck to propose a treaty on one border and attack on another, but I wasn't about to complain. He also withdrew armies from southern ghondor, honoring your treaty until round 7 when you came in and all but obliterated him. If I were you (griff) I would have told him the treaty was off once he attacked you on the northern border and come in on the southern border.

I admit it does look suspicious, treaty on one border, attack on the other, but it wasn't. If I really wanted to take you out, I would have put my armies down closer to Ghondor, and not in Erhiardor where I was hoping to capture an entire country so I could get a few armies the next round.

PS - Griff, thanks for telling me you were accusing me of cheating on this forum so I could defend myself publicly. NOT!
