Game number(s):Sawsbabe fortify out of europe to let fsuer a bonus and then don't attack him while sche easy would do it.
And i hate losing by stuff like that

well, you were clearly the game leader, with n.a and almost australia and s.a., and while nothing was announced in chat, a lot of times it's understood that such actions are necessary to allow another player a bonus to counteract the game leader. There might have been some secret action, but it's not really certain from the game log.

Ok so also not if someone fortify out when the other is waiting to take the country for a bonus ?

i didn't check the game, but if what he says is true, and i saw that there was no game chat, that's a secret alliance.

Leave them the appropriate ratings if you feel that they had a secret diplomacy in this game. If you could provide more games of them playing suspiciously, then we can look into this matter further. For now, this is noted.
