Comments:
i thought it weird that when clicking on st.af to check player profile it says user does not exist. there may well be an innocent explanation. earlier on in game he was missed out of about 3 turns which was comented on in game log. i've since brought up query but no-one else in game has replied.

i just want answers please...

The person you are trying to look at, is most likely a busted multi, or has been banned from CC for some kind of infraction.

But an advanced search brings up no hits in the forums . . .

whoever it is, is still playing turns. What happens next? will it be investigated?

yes it is normal.
This will not be investigated as it is no bug/cheater/abuser.
He is either banned or forum banned, that takes away their profile.
