bauhaus and fp63 [Busted]

I am currently in game 2734188. I recently eliminated bauhaus from the game and forgot to thank him for his participation. I did thank him in the game but I was afraid he may not check so I PMed him. 2 or 3 days later, I receive a wall comment thanking me and expressing happiness at finding me again. However, the response was not from bauhaus. It was from fp63. Upon further investigation, I realized that both bauhaus and fp63 are from Argentina. I just wrote on fp63's wall that it seems funny that he would thank me for something I did not say to him or that we never played any game together in the past. I would have left it at that but something tells me I should report. If I am wrong, I apologize to bauhaus and to fp63. It may have been a true misunderstanding. But it has left me confused and concerned. Note that I do not feel there has been any illegal activity in the game. But having 2 accounts is against the rules. Pleas look into this for me? I have deleted my outgoing message to bauhaus so I have no proof of PMming him but I still have fp63's wall comment.
