Loki77 and Sid Carass secret alliance [noted]

Behavior susspicious, Loki77 could have easily taken the one boarder territory with only one man to eliminate continent bonus. He did not. Sid Carass could have also used a trade bounus to reinforce the boarder with Loki77 he did not. He chose instead to put them all on my boarder, which was defended by both of us with equal numbers of troops, and attack me. This continued to leave his boarder with Loki77 undefended. Loki77 again did not attack the undefended boarder. This sure looks suspicious to me....
