In game 2767280, riskitall25 proposed a collusion with me that really screwed the end of the game. Really irritating.

Yup. Well in that case:

Risk all your armies on a daring continent grab. Use diplomacy to coordinate a group assault on the game leader. Feel the thrill of victory as you eliminate your last opponent.

I see no violation of rule # 1 or # 2 in that game chat.
