It's pretty obvious he's an account holder under a different name with a wealth of experience, and what he's doing now is harvesting points by joining as a newbie and playing higher ranks.
Can his IP be checked against other accounts? I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets irked when someone on 1,000 pts comes into a game and deprives one of 50 when it's evident his standard is on a par with a much higer-ranked player.
