He rates almost everyone 1s either he wins or loses. What an abuser of the system. please ban him from rating people in the future and he should get a permanent 1.0 rating

There is an on going discussion about the ratings system on how we could improve it. Obviously, there have been some who misused the ratings system and from your experience, we are trying to get your inputs on how to make this better and modify it to make it more legible to everyone.
