Here is an update from the game chat where Devinchi16 admits to making another account. Previously in the game chat both Devinchi16 and verizonsucks41 say they are going to make new accounts:

In the game chat verizonsucks41 asked Devinchi16 if their borders were secure. Devinchi16 replied yes but not for long. This game is a terminator game and is not a doubles game. They have only played 2 games together - this one and another that is finished and was not a team game either. I can only say... CHEATERS!

Since this is only the second game that these two have played together, it will be hard to firmly establish a secret alliance. Please post the other game number as well, just to make it easier on the hunters.

I think this one will be easy to prove... the other game they were both in is 2604622 - in this one verizonsucks41 asked for a truce in the game chat with YOUDIENOW who did not respond.

If you look at the other games verizonsucks41 has played you will see that this is common for him to do:

2641476: asked for a truce with maxheadroom - no response

2649867: asked for a truce with zim - they are in a truce until round 5

In these games verizon41 asked for a truce with another player in the game chat which is allowed. In the game he is in with me there was no mention of the truce until he asked Devinchi16 if their borders were safe....this is therefore a secret alliance.

Both of their ranks are question marks which means that they are both fairly new.... I think verizon has played 7 games and Davinchi has played 5.... perhaps they haven't taken the time to read the rules of cc.

I went to look at this game in question, and this clearly a case of an in game alliance, that was never announced. Past games should not matter , when a blatantly obvious alliance has been coordinated outside of game chat..
You can look at the past games all you want...what is in question here is the current game, where the offense IS occurring.
I have had issues like this b4 with in game alliances, and nothing seems to happen to the people. Whats the point of the rule, if it has no teeth.

Common borders: Michell River and Mba Wetlands 1 army pink 1 army yellow
common borders: Dimbullah and Araga Mill 1 army pink 1 army yellow

--- pink has 62 armies and borders with other opponents have at least 4 armies
--- yellow has 45 armies and his only other 'bonus' border has 11 armies stack
(yellow also hold the smallest bonus 'Banana land' with 4 and 5 armies defending its borders)

I personally would not wish to play these two players.

this is the first time i have posted anyone in the cheating & abuse thread so i'm not too sure how it works

Mods would have seen you report by now...
It takes time for a decision to be made, processed etc., so games often finish before the decision is handed down.
The result of the game will not be changed (if you lose and accused are proven of secret alliance you will still lose your points)

thanks for the info Hrvat - i'm not worried about my points - just want to warn other players about their shady deals - i will leave it in the mods hands

Making a block out of only one game seems pretty harsh. Give them the appropriate ratings. Since this has been reported and made known to the public, that suffices enough as a warning to everyone who would play them in the future. No block but noted.

I just play to have fun. If you guys really want to get me blocked or w/e i dont really care.
I just dont understand what i did wrong. In the rules it says all alliances must be discussed on the game chat
in a language everyone can understand. Verizon Asked me if our borders were safe. I responded with yes but not for long
Meaning they are until it becomes convinient for both of us to turn on eachother. That is why we only have 1 army on our borders. Verizon simply chose me as an ally because at that point i was and still am the largest territory owner. I only agreed to his request because he is the largest threat to me

I only ask that people stop accusing me of cheating atleast without some type of proof rather than presumption

they arent complaining about that.....they are complaining that the entire alliance was unannounced until you said that....you have to let everyone know as soon as the alliance starts, not halfway through

i understand that we had no prior alliance i played with him 1 other game and i added him as a friend. Thats why he was so casual when he asked if our borders were safe there was no outside negotiations.

You guys didn't even talk to eachother in your previous game chat at all. His question wasn't casual - it was confirming what you two had already (privately) agreed upon.

suck it up the decision on this has already been made and everyone who reads this forum knows that you 2 had a secret alliance.

BTW.... verizon's and your comments about creating new accounts to play under in the game chat is not recommended.... around here that's called being a multi and they have hunters for that ... and they are ban happy
