A suggestion would be to put the player on your foe list. At that point you will no longer be able to see any comments he posts in game chat (past and future). Also, you will not be able to initially see posts in the forums (you can press a button and see what the forum posts are). This will prevent the player from joining any games which you have already joined. As for an official ruling, you will need to wait for a hunter to post.
