They are doubles partners (siutiapik and jayko08), both from canada and have played 5 singles games all of which were won by siutiapik. Not saying this is for definate but there is a strong possibility. Certainly the 2 Jakyo's are so even if siutiapik isnt then I have found one multi

This happens more than you would think. People just are not creative enough to come up with two names.

siutiapik and jayko08 may know each other in real life. jayko71 has not been active ever since finishing just two games. We would need more information and time to declare a clearance or a guilty verdict for anyone of them. For now, this is noted.
