I am seriously insulted by this feedback and would like two things, 1. It be removed and 2. some form of punishment being doled out, it doesn't have to be much. Also after looking into his feedback it seems that he is a serious deadbeat and if someone could show me how to look at feedback left by this person I would greatly appreciate it as I think there might be other similar feedbacks left by this player

FYI, the proper place to report feedback that doesn't meet the guidelines is in etickets (under Help up top). However, if you're going to be reporting feedback that doesn't meet guidelines, make sure you haven't left the guy retaliatory feedback. I've removed both his for you (not game related) and yours for him (retaliatory).

I believe my retaliatory feedback is relevant and important because other players should know when a player acts like this so they can be wary, I do not think this should be disregarded especially because of this player's history. The CC community does not need players like this as they ruin the game for the rest of us

Well feel free to edit your feedback for him with what you want to warn other players about and we'll reinstate it as a neutral, so long as it's still not retaliatory.
