SFC_J11 has played in 14 games total. Darwins_Bane is in 12 of those games. They enter the games knowing beforehand that they will form an alliance. However, they believe that calling out that they are forming a "truce" at a point in the game will make it allowable. This has happened in several of their games. I request that these players be banned.

As you pointed out yourself they did announce their truce in each game, as such they haven't broken any rules as far as I can see - it's just a display of really poor sportsmanship. You couldn't get them banned for this either, even a block seems distant at this point. Your best bet would be to place them on your foe list so that you'll never have to play them again.

I dont know it could be counted as a secret alliance since they have agreed before the game that they will have a truce, and thus there is no way the other player/players joining could know before they joined an such a secret alliance.

Another thing is: the games they are playing are with Fog of War, so in their secret communications, they can give away enemy positions AND no one else on the board would suspect the unguarded borders. THey can claim they didn't know.

Generally, matters under review get a change from [Busted} to [Pending]

Not that I don't believe DB, but official confirmation of the possible change from Busted to Cleared would be appreciated.

ya i know...same thing with me....i got the email from Andy Dufresne.....He said we have been cleared and our accounts reinstated.....so i can join new games...which i have.

Darwins_Bane and SFC_J11 were Cleared, but they are now Blocked from playing games together.
