OK so this guy has been missing turns all the time but never 3 in row. This gives them 10 troops for two turns missed when he would usually get only 3 new troops per turn. I checked some of his other games and it seam to be his strategy.
Game # 2470970

There is nothing in the rules against missing turns. If you miss three-in-a-row, and deadbeat, then yes you can complain that the person is intentionally deadbeating. When the new feedback system comes out, Link, then you can give the player a low score for attendance. A suggestion would be to add this player to your foe list so that you do not join any more games with him/her.

Also note, you said he is receiving 10 deferred armies when he gets back but should only be receiving 6. This is not true. As he is currently in possession of the South America bonus, he is receiving two deferred armies per turn for that bonus as well as the three army bonus for holding territories. Your best course of action would be to deploy on Egypt and conquer North Africa and Brazil. Since the deferred armies are not counted until the beginning of the turn, he would only get 6 for two missed turns instead of 10.

No, deadbeating is defined as being kicked out of a game for missing three consecutive turns. He has not done this. Also, how do you know that it is intentional and that he is not just too busy with real life issues to take his turn?

in 10 rounds he missed 5 . That is 50%
also if you check his other games he does the same thing there too
also he did not always control S America to get 10 troops

Still, he has not technically done anything against the rules. What you can do is leave a feedback stating that he missed half of his turns. Although the feedback system will be changing soon so it will not matter. Link

This thread has not had the form filled out for over 5 months. Because of this, it was becoming clutter at the bottom of the C&A forum. It has been moved to the Closed Reports forum. If you would like to have this looked at, please fill out the form and it will be returned to the main C&A forum.
