And the Instructions are not Obvious...

Any form of collusion between opponents must be announced beforehand in the game chat, in English or in a language all players understand. Secret alliances can be hard to prove, but if you suspect one you should leave the players in question negative feedback. If the players have a history of suspected secret alliances consider reporting it following the instructions at the top of the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum.

Multiple accounts are discovered by routine scans and community cheating reports. They are strictly forbidden whether or not they play in the same games. If you suspect certain accounts belong to the same person, please report it following the instructions at the top of the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum.

The above are quotes from the "Rules". I note in passing that there are no "instructions at the top of the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum", per se.

I also note that when I finally actually attempted to open a post in this forum, I got a format I could employ. Perhaps even a sticky with a note to that effect would be more enlightening.

There used to be a sticky with the proper format, but now that the new board seems to allow templates they've resorted to that option instead. It works a lot better in my opinion, at least half the posts here used to ignore the format.

His purpose was that the rules were wrong because there were no instructions.

If he figured it out, I'm quite certain this was a needless post.

He does claim to be the *devil's* advocate, so I think we can extend a consideration to his enthusiasm, and anyone who can do a good Igor impression is surely worth indulging periodically.

Agreed, who's Dr. Frankenstein (that's pronounced Fronkenstein). Too far off topic. Anyways, thanks again for the note. Now everyone go their way.
