Teal had 1 territories in europe and 3 in south america, Grey (buly 19) killed europe territories and red (delboy18) killed the other three in south america.

I doubt that this is a case of multis.

Can you say what the army counts were on all the territories that buly could have attacked? Also, how many armies did Quase have on the board when buly made his attack? Could buly have attacked SA after he attacked Quase in Europe?

Given that they have only played 11 games together I think that you would also be hard pressed to find enough evidence to have a block put into place.

Given the timeframe it looks more like delboy (coincidentally) owned buly in taking Quase out.

Verdict: Cleared of multiple accounts. Cleared of secret alliance. Looks like bad timing on a bad move to me. Use the feedback/ignore option as necessary.
